2. Aké údaje spracúvame a prečo
Objednávka a plnenie zmluvy: meno a priezvisko, adresa doručenia, e-mail, telefón, údaje o objednanom tovare a platbe. Právny základ: plnenie zmluvy (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. b) GDPR). Bez týchto údajov nie je možné objednávku vybaviť. Pri platbe kartou zadávate údaje priamo na platobnej stránke Stripe (meno, e-mail, adresa doručenia, údaje o karte alebo o Apple Pay / Google Pay). My od Stripe dostávame meno, e-mail, adresu doručenia, sumu a stav platby a o karte len jej typ, posledné štyri číslice, platnosť a krajinu vydania; úplné číslo karty nevidíme.
Účtovné a daňové povinnosti: fakturačné údaje. Právny základ: plnenie zákonnej povinnosti (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. c) GDPR) – zákon č. 563/1991 Sb., o účetnictví, a zákon č. 235/2004 Sb., o DPH. Doba uchovávania: 10 rokov od konca účtovného obdobia.
Komunikácia (otázky, reklamácie, odstúpenie): e-mail/telefón a obsah správy. Právny základ: plnenie zmluvy a oprávnený záujem na vybavení požiadavky (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. b) a f) GDPR). Uchovávanie: po dobu trvania nárokov zo zmluvy, najviac 3 roky po jej splnení, pri reklamácii do jej uzavretia.
Newsletter: len na základe Vášho súhlasu (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. a) GDPR), ktorý možno kedykoľvek odvolať odkazom v každom e-maile.
3. Cookies a sledovanie
Táto stránka nepoužíva cookies ani nástroje na sledovanie návštevníkov. V prehliadači sa lokálne ukladá iba zvolený jazyk (SK/DE/EN), ktorý neopúšťa Vaše zariadenie. Písma sa načítavajú zo služby Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.); pri načítaní sa prenáša IP adresa – ak si to neželáte, môžete načítanie externých písiem v prehliadači zablokovať, stránka zostane funkčná. Platobná stránka Stripe (buy.stripe.com, checkout.stripe.com) nie je súčasťou tejto stránky. Stripe na nej používa vlastné cookies a podobné technológie, okrem iného na predchádzanie podvodom; platia pre ne zásady spoločnosti Stripe: stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal.
4. Príjemcovia údajov
Údaje odovzdávame len v nevyhnutnom rozsahu: prepravcovi (Österreichische Post AG alebo iný dopravca) na doručenie zásielky, banke na spracovanie platby prevodom, prípadne účtovnému a daňovému poradcovi.
Platby kartou, Apple Pay a Google Pay spracúva Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Írsko („Stripe“). Pri spracovaní platby koná Stripe ako náš sprostredkovateľ. Údaje, ktoré Stripe používa na vlastné účely, najmä na predchádzanie podvodom, bezpečnosť a plnenie svojich zákonných povinností, spracúva ako samostatný prevádzkovateľ podľa svojich zásad: stripe.com/privacy. Stripe môže údaje preniesť spoločnostiam zo skupiny Stripe v USA. Prenos sa opiera o rozhodnutie Európskej komisie o primeranosti pre rámec ochrany údajov EÚ – USA (čl. 45 GDPR) a o štandardné zmluvné doložky (čl. 46 ods. 2 písm. c) GDPR); informácie o nich a možnosť získať ich kópiu uvádza Stripe v zásadách na stripe.com/privacy.
Pri komunikácii cez WhatsApp sa uplatňujú podmienky spoločnosti Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Inak údaje mimo EÚ/EHP neprenášame, s výnimkou prípadov, keď si to vyžiada prepravca alebo poskytovateľ služby na základe štandardných zmluvných doložiek.
5. Vaše práva
Máte právo na prístup k údajom, opravu, vymazanie, obmedzenie spracúvania, prenosnosť údajov, právo namietať proti spracúvaniu na základe oprávneného záujmu a právo odvolať súhlas. Žiadosti posielajte na hello@endzifashion.art. Máte právo podať sťažnosť dozornému orgánu: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.cz; spotrebiteľ v Rakúsku sa môže obrátiť aj na Datenschutzbehörde (dsb.gv.at), na Slovensku na Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR.

2. Welche Daten wir verarbeiten und warum
Bestellung und Vertragserfüllung: Name, Lieferadresse, E-Mail, Telefon, Bestell- und Zahlungsdaten. Rechtsgrundlage: Vertragserfüllung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Ohne diese Daten kann die Bestellung nicht bearbeitet werden. Bei Kartenzahlung geben Sie Ihre Daten direkt auf der Zahlungsseite von Stripe ein (Name, E-Mail, Lieferadresse, Karten- bzw. Apple-Pay-/Google-Pay-Daten). Wir erhalten von Stripe Name, E-Mail, Lieferadresse, Betrag und Zahlungsstatus sowie zur Karte nur Kartentyp, die letzten vier Ziffern, Ablaufdatum und Ausgabeland; die vollständige Kartennummer sehen wir nicht.
Buchhaltung und Steuern: Rechnungsdaten. Rechtsgrundlage: rechtliche Verpflichtung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO) nach tschechischem Buchführungs- und Umsatzsteuergesetz. Aufbewahrung: 10 Jahre ab Ende des Geschäftsjahres.
Kommunikation (Fragen, Reklamationen, Widerruf): E-Mail/Telefon und Nachrichteninhalt. Rechtsgrundlage: Vertragserfüllung und berechtigtes Interesse an der Bearbeitung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und f DSGVO). Aufbewahrung: für die Dauer vertraglicher Ansprüche, höchstens 3 Jahre nach Erfüllung; bei Reklamationen bis zum Abschluss.
Newsletter: nur mit Ihrer Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), jederzeit über den Link in jeder E-Mail widerrufbar.
3. Cookies und Tracking
Diese Website verwendet keine Cookies und keine Tracking-Tools. Lokal im Browser wird nur die gewählte Sprache (SK/DE/EN) gespeichert; sie verlässt Ihr Gerät nicht. Schriften werden von Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.) geladen; dabei wird Ihre IP-Adresse übertragen – Sie können externe Schriften im Browser blockieren, die Seite bleibt nutzbar. Die Zahlungsseite von Stripe (buy.stripe.com, checkout.stripe.com) ist nicht Teil dieser Website. Stripe verwendet dort eigene Cookies und ähnliche Technologien, unter anderem zur Betrugsprävention; dafür gelten die Richtlinien von Stripe: stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal.
4. Empfänger
Daten werden nur im notwendigen Umfang weitergegeben: an den Zustelldienst (Österreichische Post AG oder anderen Beförderer), an die Bank zur Abwicklung von Überweisungen sowie ggf. an Steuer- und Buchhaltungsberater.
Kartenzahlungen, Apple Pay und Google Pay wickelt Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Irland („Stripe“) ab. Bei der Zahlungsabwicklung handelt Stripe als unser Auftragsverarbeiter. Daten, die Stripe für eigene Zwecke nutzt, insbesondere zur Betrugsprävention, Sicherheit und Erfüllung eigener gesetzlicher Pflichten, verarbeitet Stripe als eigenständiger Verantwortlicher nach seinen Richtlinien: stripe.com/privacy. Stripe kann Daten an Gesellschaften der Stripe-Gruppe in den USA übermitteln. Grundlage sind der Angemessenheitsbeschluss der Europäischen Kommission zum EU-US-Datenschutzrahmen (Art. 45 DSGVO) und Standardvertragsklauseln (Art. 46 Abs. 2 lit. c DSGVO); Informationen dazu und wie Sie eine Kopie erhalten, nennt Stripe unter stripe.com/privacy.
Bei Kommunikation über WhatsApp gelten die Bedingungen von Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Im Übrigen erfolgt eine Übermittlung außerhalb der EU/des EWR nur, soweit ein Dienstleister dies auf Grundlage von Standardvertragsklauseln verlangt.

2. What data we process and why
Orders and performance of the contract: name, delivery address, e-mail, phone, order and payment details. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Without this data the order cannot be processed. When paying by card, you enter your details directly on the Stripe checkout page (name, e-mail, delivery address, card or Apple Pay / Google Pay details). We receive from Stripe your name, e-mail, delivery address, the amount and payment status and, about the card, only its type, last four digits, expiry date and issuing country; we never see the full card number.
Accounting and taxes: invoice data. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) under Czech accounting and VAT law. Retention: 10 years from the end of the financial year.
Communication (questions, complaints, withdrawal): e-mail/phone and the content of messages. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interest in handling them (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Retention: for the duration of contractual claims, at most 3 years after performance; for complaints, until they are closed.
Newsletter: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the link in every e-mail.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website uses no cookies and no tracking tools. Only the language you choose (SK/DE/EN) is stored locally in your browser; it never leaves your device. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.), which transmits your IP address; you can block external fonts in your browser and the site remains usable. The Stripe checkout page (buy.stripe.com, checkout.stripe.com) is not part of this website. Stripe uses its own cookies and similar technologies there, among other things to prevent fraud; Stripe’s policy applies: stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal.
4. Recipients
We share data only to the extent necessary: with the carrier (Österreichische Post AG or another carrier) to deliver the parcel, with our bank to process bank transfers, and where applicable with our accountant and tax adviser.
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland (“Stripe”). When processing the payment, Stripe acts as our processor. Data that Stripe uses for its own purposes, in particular fraud prevention, security and compliance with its own legal obligations, is processed by Stripe as an independent controller under its own policy: stripe.com/privacy. Stripe may transfer data to Stripe group companies in the USA. Such transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Article 45 GDPR) and on standard contractual clauses (Article 46(2)(c) GDPR); Stripe explains these and how to obtain a copy at stripe.com/privacy.
When you contact us via WhatsApp, the terms of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. apply. Otherwise we do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA, except where a carrier or service provider requires it on the basis of standard contractual clauses.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interests and withdrawal of consent.
